Terms of Use

This agreement is between you and Webkoding (“we”, “us”), the developer of Ski Rush: Ilgaz (“the Game”). By downloading or using the Game you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Game.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Game on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. This licence does not transfer ownership of the Game to you.

2. What you may not do

Copy, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the Game.
Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
Modify the Game or use it to gain an unfair advantage, including tampering with saved data, purchases, ad rewards or leaderboard scores.

3. Virtual items and currency

Gold, characters, gear and other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you for use inside the Game only. We may adjust game balance, prices and rewards over time. If your account or device data is lost, we cannot restore virtual items beyond what your own iCloud backup contains.

4. Subscription (Premium)

Premium is an auto-renewing monthly subscription that removes ads and adds daily bonuses.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

5. Purchases and refunds

Every purchase in the Game — gold packs, one-off unlocks and the Premium subscription — is sold by Apple through the App Store. Apple is the seller of record and handles all billing, so we cannot issue refunds ourselves and have no access to your payment details.

Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, or through Settings → your name → Media & Purchases on your device. Apple decides the outcome under the App Store Terms of Service.
Nothing here limits the consumer rights you have where you live, including any statutory right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase.
Gold that has already been spent in the Game cannot be restored, whether or not the purchase that produced it is later refunded. Non-consumable unlocks and an active subscription can be restored at any time on a device signed in to the same Apple ID.

6. Advertising

The free version of the Game shows rewarded and interstitial ads. Rewarded ads are always optional — you choose to watch them in exchange for an in-game bonus. See our Privacy Policy for how ad data is handled.

7. No warranty

The Game is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the Game is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost progress or lost virtual items.

9. Apple

Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Game. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the Game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

10. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms. You may end it at any time by deleting the Game.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without limiting any consumer protection rights you have where you live.
